SLE JOINT INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH PROJECTS 2024
Supporting organisational development of the African Green Store Network (AGSN) to foster sustainable knowledge transfer in Kenya and in the AGSN partner countries

Background
The SLE is implementing a 12-month project to support the organisational development of the AGSN, of which the JIRP is an integral part. Specifically, the JIRP will inform work package 1 which aims to strengthen the networks strategic orientation. Other work packages of the overall projects focus on strengthening the network’s ability to act (2), and its visibility and networking (3). The project also includes the potential organisation of a conference in 2025.
Objective
The main objective is to (1) identify relevant needs of the partners regarding the organizational development of the AGSN in order to improve knowledge transfer on a broad scale, and (2) support a process where these needs are translated into a road map and/or strategy including a communication process. The methods can include (among others) interviews, workshops, field visits, actors mapping.
